Our Easter was very mellow

Easter this year wasn’t exactly what I would imagine for us. My kids are older now and one of my daughters was traveling and my younger daughter was working. My partner and I chilled most of the day and made a lovely rack of lamb aka. lolly pops for dinner. I hope everyone had a lovely Easter Holiday!

Marinated grilled Lam Chops, served over rosemary roasted potatoes, with Sauteed Broccolini and Asparagus from the grill & mango salsa. Absolutely delicious!
