Baked Potato

Baked potato - it truly can't get easier than making a baked potato.

They are nutritious, believe it or not they are also low in calories. They are high in vitamins,minerals, antioxidants and fiber. What really adds the calories is what you put on top. You can add the sauces from some of these dishes suggested here. They are mostly very healthy. You can add chimichurri which would be a delicious topping and low calorie option. You can also add a little butter just don't go overboard.

Ingredients:

● 1 large potato per person

Instructions:

● Get 1 large potato for each person

● Wash it well

● Warm oven to 350 degrees

● Wrap each potato in tin foil tight and with a knife punch holes into it a few places each side

● Bake it for an hour

● You can serve it with just a little bit of olive oil (healthy way), or dry, or with butter, sour cream or cheese. It's your choice! You can also put some vegetables with the sauce from the chicken, which are all healthy ingredients and will make your potato delicious.
