Chimichurri Sauce

This is such a healthy combination of herbs. It is absolutely delicious, and you can use this in so many recipes to add to the taste. I always make sure I have a fresh batch on the top of my kitchen counter.

Ingredients:

1. 1 bunch of parsley

2. 2 heads of garlic (at least 15 cloves)

3. Hot crushed chili peppers (dry)

4. Balsamic vinegar

5. Salt

6. Olive oil

7. Ponzu

 

Instructions:

1. Cut up garlic into tiny pieces and put it in a full-size mason jar

2. Cut up parsley fine and add it to the jar

3. Add 1 teaspoon full of hot crushed chili pepper

4. Add 2 soup spoon of ponzu to the jar

5. Add 2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar to the jar

6. Add 1 teaspoon of better than bouillon to the jar or a pinch of salt

7.Fill it up with olive oil, close the jar and shake it up well. It’s really yummy fresh but it is even better when it sits. You can use it for quite a few days. Leave it out on the top of the counter.
