Quinoa with a twist

Ingredients:

● Oil - 3 tbsp

● Quinoa - 1 cup

● Garlic - 2 cloves

● Bouillon - 1 tbsp

● Salt (in case you would prefer to use salt instead of bouillon)

● Black ground pepper

● Parsley - ½ a bunch

Instructions:

1. Prepare quinoa, heat grapeseed oil about 3 spoonsful.

2. When it's warm add in 1 cup of Quinoa.

3. Add in 2 fresh minced garlic and stir it.

4. Add 1 tablespoon of bullion or just 1 teaspoon of salt (or less).

5. Add 1 teaspoon of black ground pepper.

6. Stir this and when it is a little brown add 2 cups of water.

7. On high heat, boil it until the quinoa starts to expand. Then lower the heat and once it's soft and fluffy turn it off and let it steam.

8. Add in ½ cup finely cut up parsley
