Spicy, Garlic Edamame
I promise when you make your Edamame this way, you can’t stop eating it until it’s all gone :)…..This is absolutely a must have recipe! You can serve it as a snack or an appetizer. It’s quick & very easy to make. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen Edamame (preferably organic)
butter
garlic
chili sauce
sake
Sushi sauce
Instructions:
melt half a cube of butter in a frying pan on medium heat
add garlic & 1 teaspoon of chili sauce and mix this well together
add in your edamame and stir it well that all pieces are covered with the sauce
sautee this for a few minutes then stir again
add in about 3 x tablespoon of sake
sautee for few more minutes then add in the sushi sauce and 1/2 a cup of water
sautee until the water reduces and the edamame is soft & then it’s ready to serve
