Spicy, Garlic Edamame

I promise when you make your Edamame this way, you can’t stop eating it until it’s all gone :)…..This is absolutely a must have recipe! You can serve it as a snack or an appetizer. It’s quick & very easy to make. Enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of frozen Edamame (preferably organic)

  • butter

  • garlic

  • chili sauce

  • sake

  • Sushi sauce

Instructions:

  • melt half a cube of butter in a frying pan on medium heat

  • add garlic & 1 teaspoon of chili sauce and mix this well together

  • add in your edamame and stir it well that all pieces are covered with the sauce

  • sautee this for a few minutes then stir again

  • add in about 3 x tablespoon of sake

  • sautee for few more minutes then add in the sushi sauce and 1/2 a cup of water

  • sautee until the water reduces and the edamame is soft & then it’s ready to serve
