Peanut butter dressing

Do you use store bought dressings? Well, let me tell you if you do, it’s totally fine, no judgement here..hahaha...BUT once you start making your own you will never buy another one in the market. It’s a lot healthier, lighter, you know exactly what’s in it and you can make it taste AMAZING! Please try and be the judge of this for yourself! I promise you will absolutely love this Asian fusion homemade dressing!

FOR THE PEANUT DRESSING

·   2 tablespoons peanut butter

·   2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

·   1 tablespoon of ponzu

·   1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

·   2 tablespoon of olive oil

·   1 tablespoon honey

·   1 fresh lemon - juiced

1 clove garlic, minced


Instructions: 

In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, balsamic vinegar, rice wine vinegar, honey, lemon, ponzu, garlic and 1/4 cup warm water until smooth. Add it in a blender and blend until it’s creamy. Put it in the fridge to cool.
